What can I NOT load into the containers?

No household food waste, paint cans, tires, cross-ties, refrigerators, or any other appliance that has chemicals. See our Terms of Service.

How much can I load into the container?

Containers should only be filled to the visible fill line, or about 6inches from the top of the container. Containers cannot be picked up if debris is coming over-the-top. Customer will have to off-load dumpster to the fill line for dumpster to be picked up if box is found to be overloaded.

Does Roadrunner offer service outside of the service area?

Yes! Extended Service Area work comes with a $69 charge. Please refer to our service area map or give us a call to see if your city is in our work area.

Does Roadrunner offer service after-hours or on holidays?

Yes! Call us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Handled on a case-by-case basis.

I've never used Roadrunner before, What does it take to get set up to receive a dumpster?

Just a simple phone call and a valid credit card to secure your account. In minutes we'll have you set up to place your order!

How do I become a NET 30 customer so I can be invoiced for work instead of paying with cash or credit for each dumpster?

If you already have set up an account with us, you can be set up for net 30 billing by filling out a credit application and faxing it over to us. You can find our credit application here (Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader). Just complete it, sign it and fax it over to us at 770-776-3150 and we will have you set up for invoicing. If you have never used our service before, you will have to call and get setup first, then we can get you or your company on for net 30 terms.

How long will it usually take to get my container?

Depending on our workload and when the order was placed, most work can be done same-day. We strive to meet all of our customer's requests, so the sooner you call and let us know---the sooner you can get your container.

How long can I keep the container?

As long as you need it. We give you 10 days as a part of your initial delivery and dump, after which it is $5 a day for every day thereafter. Call us if you intend to keep a box for an extended period or if you need a permanent box, pricing can be adjusted for these situations.
